Angelita Martinez

Angelita Martinez, of Seguin, passed away on Friday, June 19, 2015 at the age of 67. She was born in Edinburg, Texas to George Velasquez and Juana Valdez.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Jesus R. Martinez, son Jesse V. Martinez and siblings, Simona Zambrano, Anita Flores and Jacinto Velasquez.

Survivors include her son Joseph Martinez, grandchildren, Justyne Martinez, Brianna Martinez, Kira Martinez, Joseph Martinez, Liegha Martinez, Bryndin Martinez, Janessa Llanas, Jazmine Llanas, E.J. Llanas, Jahsyra Llanas; siblings, Dominga V. Mendez, Maria V. Gomez, Josefa V. Pena, Gime Velasquez, Paula V. Samaniego, Emilio Velasquez, as well as many nieces and nephews.

A Rosary will be recited at Palmer Mortuary on Thursday, June 25, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Cemetery.
