Carol Lynn Riggins

Carol Lynn (Ellis) Riggins, passed away on Friday, June 2^nd, 2023, in Seguin, Texas. She was born on November 7th, 1947, in New Hall, California to Raymond Ellis and Charlotte Rusler. 

She is preceded by her parents; her son, Vincent L. Rossi; her sister, Caron Urban and her brother, Brett Murphy.

She is survived by her daughter, Debbie Hester and Terry; her grandchildren; great grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Carol will be remembered fondly by her family and friends and will be deeply missed. Though Carol is no longer with us, her spirit lives on through the cherished memories she created of those whose lives she touched.
