Cecilio Rangel

Cecilio "Wolf" Rangel, of Seguin, lost his battle with cancer on Wednesday, October 5, 2016. He was born in Seguin, Texas on February 23, 1967 to Juan and Estela (Olivarez) Rangel.
He is preceded in death by his father.
Survivors include his mother, Estela Rangel, brothers, Larry Herrera and John Rangel; sisters, Annie Allen (Jimmie), Ann Marie Castillo (Rene), Blanca Rangel and Pita Rangel (Lena); nieces, Meg and Kate Herrera, Caitlin Brown (Joe), Nicollette Gibson, Bianca Rodriguez; nephews, Nick Herrera, Lorenzo Herrera, Jo-Nate Rangel, Brandon Gibson, Shawn Spaulding (Lorinda), Ray Rodriguez and Adrian Rangel, great nephews and nieces, Aubri, BLU, Matthew, Bubba, Nate and Zailee, as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Cecil also leaves behind his friends, who over the years have become like family, Frank Flores, Nick and Michelle Medina, Robert and Clay Delany, Brenda Guerrero, Banjo Carly, Sylvia Marmalejo, Esther Campos, Peanut Hernandez, Chase Sparks, Scotty Mossinger, Brian and Becky Wilson, Gus Sanchez, Jonathan Rodriguez, the Hancock Family and the late Mr. Chuche Hernandez.
