Delfina Hernandez

Delfina Hernandez, of Seguin, passed away on Sunday, February 19, 2017 at the age of 98. She was born in Geronimo, Texas on August 10, 1918 to Dionisa (Medellin) and Encarnacion Hernandez.

She is preceded in death by her parents and step mother, Pancha Hernandez, siblings, Catalina H. Gonzales, Maria and Belia Torres, Santiago and Fernando Hernandez and Simon Briseno.

She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, as well as many special friends at Windsor Nursing Home and Rehabilitation.

Delfina was loved by many for her sweet, generous and loving ways. She was adored by generation of nieces and nephews and touched many lives. She will truly be missed by those that knew and loved her.

Visitation will be held at Palmer Mortuary Chapel on Saturday, February 25, 2017 from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., a Funeral Mass will follow, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church at 11:00 a.m. She will be laid to rest at the San Juan Cemetery in Geronimo, Texas.
