Donald Lockstedt

Donald Lockstedt, 69, passed away on Thursday, June 2, 2016, at his home. He was born in Seguin, Texas on April 15, 1947 to Olivia H. (Gold) and Reinhold R. "Lucky" Lockstedt.
He is preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Nolan and Harvey Schlichting.
Survivors include his children, Sabrina D'Aurora and husband Dave, Deanna Lockstedt, Sandra Hanz and husband Rodney; grandchildren, Samantha Evola, Rayeann Evola, Robby Hanz, and Gavin Hanz; great grandchildren, Noah Wical and Trayden Textor; sister, Betty Lorenz; and one aunt, and several nieces and nephews.
Donald served in the Army National Guard for 10 years and worked for Texas State University for 20+ years before retiring. He was an accomplished carpenter and enjoyed woodworking.
A Memorial Service will be held at Palmer Mortuary Chapel, on Wednesday, June 8, 2016 at 2:00 p.m.
