Dora Lopez

Dora C. Lopez, of Seguin, passed away on Thursday, March 15, 2018 at the age of 78. She was born in New Braunfels, Texas on January 5, 1940 to Lucia (Romero) and Juan B. Cardenas.

She is preceded in death by her husband Gumecindo H. Lopez, son Rudy Lopez, Joshua Lopez; parents, and brothers, Johnny "Capas" Cardenas and Henry Cardenas.

Survivors include her children, Karen Morales (Jose), John Lopez (Jay Allen), Armando Lopez (Veronica); siblings, Bobby Cardenas (Dora), Elvira Jimenez (Manuel); grandchildren, Leslie Morales (Brandon) and Wesley Morales (Stella); as well as 13 great grandchildren.

Dora was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She loved to cook, sew and spending time with her pets. She will be greatly missed by those that knew and loved her.

A Memorial Service will be held at Goetz Funeral Home on Friday, March 30, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. (services will conclude in the chapel).
