Eva Resendez

Eva Angelina Perez Resendez, of Seguin, passed away on Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at the age of 69. She was born in Seguin, on July 7, 1945 to Felipe J. Resendez Sr., and Amada Barrera Resendez.

She is preceded in death by her husband Raymundo Perez Sr., parents, and niece Norma Jean H. Brummett.

Survivors include her children, Raymundo Perez Jr., Margarita Villareal and husband Stephen, Rudy Perez and wife Christina, Dora Perez, Rogelio Perez and wife Lupe Chavez siblings, Eloida Medina and husband Juan, Felipe Resendez Jr. and wife Liz, Elena R. Hernandez, Oscar B. Resendez and Tina B. Resendez as well as numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Eva was a hard worker, she worked for over 35 years as a crane operator for SMI CMC. She enjoyed cooking and sewing, Eva was an excellent chef and her love and talent for quilting ensured that everyone in her family had a unique blanket. A lovely women, mother, grandmother, sister and friend she will be missed greatly.
