Fidencio Galvan Sr.

Fidencio Galvan Sr., of Seguin, passed away on Thursday, July 9, 2015 at the age of 75. He was born on August 9, 1939 in Seguin, Texas to Cresencio Sr., and Rita Galvan.

He is preceded in death by his parents, 4 sisters and 4 brothers and one grandson.

Survivors include his loving wife Maria, children, Tammy Sinniger, Steve Galvan Sr. and his wife Jessica, Pete Galvan and his wife Andrea, Mary Guerra and her husband Henoch, and Fidencio Galvan Jr. and his wife Desiree; 10 grandchildren, 6 sisters, one brother; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Fidencio enjoyed fishing, gardening, raising hound dogs, and tending to his roosters and chickens. He cherished the time he spent with his family and friends.

He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He will be greatly missed.

Visitation will be held at Palmer Mortuary on Wednesday, July 15, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with a Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at Palmer Mortuary on Thursday, July 16, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Santo Tomas Cemetery.
