Filiberto Morales was born December 21, 1950 in Laredo, Texas and went on to be with the Lord on September 8, 2013. He is preceded in death by his father Filiberto Morales Sr., his sister Yolanda Mata and his brother Manuel Morales. He is survived by his mother Santos Morales, his sisters Hermelinda Almanza, Dora Valdez and Norma Velasquez as well as his brother Oscar Morales.
A visitation will be held Wednesday, September 11, 2013 from 12:00 to 2:00 pm with a Chapel Service at 12:45 pm at Palmer Mortuary chapel..
