Jerry Ray Price, 71, of Seguin, passed away Sunday, September 25th, 2016 surrounded by his family. Jerry was born January 26, 1945, in Lubbock, Texas to the late, Tom and Ruby Price.

Jerry graduated from Ropesville High School in 1963. He spent most of his life as a farmer in Levelland, Texas. He moved to Ft. Worth and then later to Seguin where he was a line-worker for Motorola and retired after 15 years. In his retirement he liked staying busy, he was often found in his neighbors' homes at Eden Place doing odd and ends, fixing things. He often ate lunch at Taste of China, and always raved about their banana pudding.

He is survived by his son, Dale Price and wife Kathy Rocha, daughter, Dawn Price Radtke and husband Travis Peeples, granddaughters, Ashley Price, Samantha Brandon and husband Jamison, Taylor Storme' Long and husband Taylor, Tori Radtke, Tara Radtke, and Kayla Peeples; grandson Jeffery Price, great grandson, Owen McKennon Long, great granddaughters, Adalynn Cisneros, Cassie Contreras, and Teagan Long; brother, Bill Price and wife Carolyn, and numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by sisters, Margie Faye Smith, Joyce LaRue Hedin and brother, Glenn Reid Price.

It was Jerry's wishes to be cremated, a small memorial will be held at his daughter's home with close friends and family.

In lieu of flowers, Jerry's family asks that you take time out of your day to spend with your parents, grandparents and great-grandparents. Listen to their stories that you've heard a million times and treasure those precious moments with them. These will be the memories we cling to the most.
