Jerry Lee Tschoepe Sr., age 77, of New Braunfels, Texas, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 27, 2026.

Jerry was born on September 2, 1948, to Edmund and Rosalee Tschoepe. He was one of seven siblings, with two brothers and four sisters. He was a loving father to two sons and their wives, and a proud grandfather to three grandchildren.

Jerry proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps and was a Vietnam War veteran. Jerry was a simple man who found joy in the things he loved. He enjoyed collecting Elvis Presley memorabilia, watching car races, and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys. He also enjoyed making trips to Home Depot and Harbor Freight. Jerry will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

A private graveside service with military honors will be held at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
