Joe Savior

Joe Louis Savior, of Seguin, passed away on Monday, September 4, 2017 at the age of 80. He was born on August 16, 1937 in Louisville, MS, to Sophie (Mitchel) and Jim Savior.
He is preceded in death by his parents and daughter Kathy Jo Savior.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Louise (Owens) Savior, children, Ron Christopher Savior and wife Kim Wylie, Lora Zavala and husband Larry, Georgia Jackson, Johnny Peterson and wife Lori, Eddia Mae Peterson, and Christine Hill; 22 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren; as well as siblings, Albert, Printiss, William Savior, Stormy Taylor, Mary Grisby and Ruth Talbert.

Joe was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, all sports, his favorite teams were; the Dallas Cowboys, the San Antonio Spurs and the Boston Red Sox. Spending time with his family was most important to him and he was a funny man, known to crack jokes. He will be missed by those that knew and loved him.

Visitation will be held at Palmer Mortuary Chapel on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at Palmer Mortuary Chapel on Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at the San Geronimo Cemetery.
