Kenneth R. Welch of Seguin, TX passed away Tuesday, August 8, 2012 at the age of 67.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Carrol Burr Welch and Katherine Dreiss.
He is survived by his sisters, Dorothy Wellington, Elizabeth Matthews, and Valerie Walden and brother, Rodney Bancuch.
A Chapel Service will be held Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at 2:00 pm at Palmer Mortuary.
