Leonor Cerda

Leonor Banda Cerda, of Seguin, passed away on October 12, 2017 in Seguin, Texas. She was born on October 12, 1936 in Gonzales, Texas to Maximino and Maria Elena Banda.

She is preceded in death by her parents, brother Maximino Banda, Jr., sisters, Dominga Banda and Lazara Banda Garza, three children and one granddaughter.

She is survived by her children, Rosemary Campos, Oralia Sanchez (Christopher Cox) Anna Sanchez (Mark Antonelli), Frank Sanchez, Jr. (Rita Sanchez), Julian Sanchez, 14 Grandchildren, 21 Great Grandchildren 6 Great Great Grandchildren and "Smokey" the cat.

Visitation will be held at Palmer Mortuary Chapel on Saturday, October 28, 2017 from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., with the Holy Rosary to be recited at 8:30 a.m. A Funeral Mass, will follow at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady Of Guadalupe Catholic Church (409 W. Krezdorn St., Seguin, TX. 78155), and her final resting place will be at the San Geronimo Cemetery.
