Louis Gomez

Louis Ray Gomez, of Marion, passed away on Sunday, February 25, 2018, at the age of 39.
He was born in Seguin, Texas, on December 13, 1978, to Ruben Gomez, Sr., and Marta (Carranza) Ortega.

He is preceded in death by his father, Ruben Gomez Sr., his brother, Ruben Gomez, Jr., and both sets of paternal and maternal grandparents.

Survivors include his mother, Marta Ortega and his stepfather, Adolfo; brother, Michael Gomez; sons, Tyler Blake Reeves and Robert Ellis Gomez; niece, Michelle Gomez, as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

A visitation will be held at Palmer Mortuary Chapel on Thursday, March 1, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with the Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, March 2, 2018 at the Immaculate Conception Church at 10:00 a.m. The Burial will follow at the Marion Cemetery.
