Manuel Vargas Jr.

Manuel Vargas Jr., of Seguin, passed away on Thursday, December 10, 2015 at the age of 63. He was born in Seguin, Texas to Manuel Vargas Sr. and Aurora Sandoval.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his two daughters, Erica Ann Oliva and Edgar Castellanos, and Samantha Plasencia; grandson, Jacobi Castellanos, 6 brothers, 3 sisters and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.

Manuel was a loving father and grandfather. He was well known, had many friends, and was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Quirky and funny, Manuel could always been seen with a smile on his face. He will be greatly missed by those that knew and loved him.

Visitation will be held at Palmer Mortuary Chapel on Sunday, December 20, 2015 from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., a Funeral Service to be held that same evening at 6:00 p.m. Services will conclude in the chapel.

For those that would like to contribute to Mr. Vargas's services, they may do so by making a Memorial Contribution the evening of service.
