Maria Martinez

Maria Del Rosario Martinez, of Mc Queeney, passed away on Sunday, July 22, 2018. She was born in Seguin, Texas on December 22, 1962 to Guadalupe and Gloria (Perez) Marmolejo.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband: Rudy Martinez, Jr., her parents and brother-in-law: Samuel Martinez.

Survivors include her children: Rudy Martinez, III, and Yara Maria Martinez; granddaughters: Ariana Lynn Medrano, Jade Genevieve Martinez, Rubi Jeanette Martinez and Tristana Nychelle Medrano; siblings: Ricardo Marmolejo, Arturo Casarez, John Phillip Martinez and husband Manuel, Jesus Casarez, Irene Marmolejo, Lisa Gomez and Guadalupe Cevallos and husband Gilbert; mother-in-law: Tomasa "Tommie" Martinez, sister-in-law: Diana Martinez, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other loving family members and friends.

Visitation will be held at Palmer Mortuary Chapel on Friday, August 3, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with the Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church on Saturday, August 4, 2018 at 9:00 a.m., with the Burial to follow at the St. James Catholic Cemetery.

Serving at Pallbearers will be: Joe Perez, Jr., Ramiro Perez, Jr., Michael Martinez, Jesse Casarez, Jr., Xavier Casarez, Zoe Gomez, Jesse Casarez, Jr., Christopher Cevallos, and Eric Cevallos.
