She cannot be described with just words as she was so much more than that. Wife, Mother, Sister, Tia, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Friend; and now a Memory. Mary Ann Villanueva left this world on June 12, 2022, at age 66.
She was born to Domingo Treviño Ramirez Sr. and Juana Ornelas on March 19, 1956. She is survived by her husband Ismael Villanueva Jr.; four children Angelita Herrera, Anna Rodriguez-Hernandez, Lisa Ann Sepeda, and Juan Jose (Johnboy) Rodriguez Jr.; 13 siblings; 15 grandchildren (Mercede, Gabriel, Mylina, Alma, Israel, Bruno III, Joseph, Asia, Alyssa, Noelani, Serenity, Juan (Jose) III, Elijah, Javan (Josiah), Jaycen); five great-grandchildren (John’Eric, Bruno IV, Jaxen, Asher, Aria); as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving family members and friends.
She loved; and she loved intensely. She did everything she could to provide not only for her family and children, but for her grandchildren especially. One last thing she wanted to do was go to the beach. She wanted to feel the warm breeze, embrace the perfumed salt in the air, baptize herself with the rays of the sun. However, due to her health she was unable to do so. When you go there, think of her.
Pallbearers for the service will be Andrew Guajardo, Anthony Guajardo, Mike McKnight, Ruben Ramirez, Bruno Sepeda III, and Victoria Monreal-Garcia. Honorary Pallbearers are Juan Jose Rodriguez III and Javan Josiah Rodriguez.
Services will remain private, and burial will be held at San Geronimo Cemetery.
