Michael Rangel

Michael R. Rangel, of Seguin, passed away on Sunday, November 20, 2016, at the age of 27. He was born in Seguin, Texas, on July 13, 1989 to Monique Ochoa and Raul Rangel.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandma Manuela Rangel and uncle's Raymond (Moe) Rangel and Ernest Rangel. Maternal grandparents Albert and Susie Villanueva uncle's Albert Villanueva Jr, Manuel Villanueva and Tony Villanueva.

Survivors include his children, Penelope Darleen Rangel, Mesiaah Raul Rangel, and Jr Gomez; longtime girlfriend, Courtney Garce, mother Monique Ochoa and step father Rosendo Varela, father Raul (Guly) Rangel, siblings, Raquel Rangel and husband Jesse Montanez, Anthony and wife Jessica Torres and Georgio and wife Maria Paredes; nephews, Jesus Montanez, Jiden Montanez, Matthew Jacob Torres and nieces, Kaylynn Montanez and Alannah Nicole Torres; maternal grandparents Emma Ochoa and Adrian Medina, paternal grandfather Abelardo Rangel, Sr.; uncles, Robert and wife Dolores Rangel, Abelardo Jr and wife Minnie Rangel, Aunt's Nora and husband Arnoldo Hernandez, Debbie and husband Ruben Gomez Sr, Norma and husband Ben Davila, Dorelia (Doe) and husband Juan Martinez, Erma Davila, Yolanda (DeeDee) Rangel and many other loving family and friends who loved him dearly.

Serving as Pallbearers: Robert Rangel, Mike Davila Jr, Jacob Rangel, Jerry Magana Jr, Orlando Hernandez, Jesse Montanez, Jesus Garza and Rigo Romero Sr.

Viewing and visitation will be held on Sunday, December 4, 2016 at the First Latin Assembly of God Church (806 N Camp St, Seguin, TX 78155) from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, December 5, 2016 at 10:00 a.m., at the First Assembly of God Church. Interment will follow at Santo Tomas Cemetery.
