A Memorial Service will take place at Palmer Mortuary Chapel on Saturday, August 23, 2008 at 11:00 am. He is survived by his father, Henry D. Watkins; mother, Norma Watkins;son, David Watkins and brother Mitchell Watkins and wife Dianne.
