Connie Skaggs

Connie Sue Skaggs passed away on September 7, 2022, at the age of 64. She was the daughter of Clifton and Judy Letbetter. She was born in Houston, Texas and passed away at Christus Santa Rosa in New Braunfels, Texas.

She is preceded in death by both her father and her mother; her brother, Rickie Letbetter and her first husband, Charles Remines.

She is survived by her husband of 28 years, William Earl Skaggs; her stepchildren, Velma Sue Richardson, Tiffany Skaggs and Samantha Skaggs as well as 5 grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Donna Nephew, and husband Jim and her two brothers, Cliff Letbetter and wife Marcy and Doug Letbetter and wife Cindy; sister-in-law, Barbara Letbetter as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
