Corando Valdez

Corando Valdez, of Seguin, passed on May 26, 2020, at the age of 63. He was born in Dilley, Texas on March 8, 1957, to Refugio and Martha Valdez.

Corando was "everyone little brother", he loved his family dearly. He was an extremely kind and generous man, always wanting to help out anyone in need. He was known for his silly and funny personality, always cracking jokes to make people laugh. He enjoyed his coffee and always had to have a carton of cigarettes. He enjoyed playing cards and spending time with his family, especially his brothers. He will be greatly missed by everyone who got to know him in this lifetime, until we all meet again.

Corando is preceded by his parents; and brothers, Jose Maria Valdez, Samuel Valdez, Basilio Valdez, Johnny Ray Fonseca and his sister, Louisa Perales.

He is survived by his brothers, Hugo Valdez, Joe Louis Valdez and Raul Valdez; sisters, Nelda Sandoval; niece, Cassandra Valdez. He is further survived by numerous other members of the family and dear friends.

Due to COVID-19 there will be a limited Visitation on Friday, May 29, 2020 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. with a Prayer Service at 2:00 p.m. at the Palmer Mortuary Chapel. Interment will follow at Santo Tomas Cemetery.
