Duane Clyde House, of Seguin, passed away on Thursday, January 26, 2023. He was born on June 22, 1943, in Coffeyville, Kansas, to Clyde and Edna House.

Duane is preceded in death by his parents; the love of his life, his wife, Darlene Ragsdale House and his sister, Zelda Marguerette Powell.

He is survived by his daughter, Tammy Nyoka House Barrett and husband Chad Lee Kekai Barrett; son, Timothy Duane House and Lori; granddaughters, Brandy Mia Alohalani Young & husband, Kenneth Wayne Young and Hollie Rae Kawelolani Haddock and husband, Cody James Haddock, Meagan Raye Curtis and Jesse; grandson, Timothy Duane House Jr. and Caitlyn; great-grandchildren, Mason Lee Johnson, Bralee Rai Young, Kenlee Mae Young, Emmett James MaKana’lani Haddock, Lyla Darlene Ka’aipohaku Haddock and Freya Lynnette Kalokeokalani Haddock, Payton Lee Curtis, Madison Marie Curtis, Avery Jane Curtis, Declan Edward Curtis, Fate Ender Moss and Kai Ray House; sisters, Elda Marlene Hillman and Marilyn Florence Meek and husband, Charles; as well as numerous other family and friends.

Duane served in the United State Air Force and retired after 22 years. He was the crew chief on the AF1 and B52.  He also retired from the civil service at Randolph Brooks Air Force Base.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
