Josiah Rodriguez

Baby Josiah Andrew Rodriguez "JR" of Seguin, Texas was welcomed into Our Fathers Heavenly Kingdom on Saturday, July 6, 2019. He was born to Joe Carrasco Rodriguez and Alyssa Marie Medina-Rodriguez on February 15, 2019 in San Antonio, Texas.

During his 5 short months of life on earth he touched many lives and was loved deeply by family and friends. Josiah loved to laugh and had an infectious smile that brought joy and happiness to everyone around him. Although his life was a brief gift to us, his memory will live on as his heart valves were donated and received by those who were in need.
Baby Josiah is preceded in death by his great grandfathers, Ramiro Sanchez and Juan Magallanes and his great grandmother, Aurora H. Carrasco.

He is survived by his loving parents, Joe Carrasco Rodriguez and Alyssa Medina-Rodriguez; twin sister, Jenesis Rodriguez and siblings, Alyana, Jolissa and Ayden; Grandparents, Joe M. Rodriguez Jr. and Gregoria C. Rodriguez, Mark Reyes and Sandra Magallanes-Reyes and numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, and a host of extended family and friends.

Visitation will be held at the Palmer Mortuary Chapel on Sunday, July 14, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m.  The Funeral Service will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church on Monday, July 15, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. services will conclude at the church and all of the family and friends are asked to meet at Our Lady of Guadalupe on Monday as there will not be a funeral procession from Palmer Mortuary.
