Willie Tuton

Willie Mae Tuton passed away on Sunday, October 24, 2021, in Seguin Texas, she was 90 years young.  Willie Mae was born on January 8, 1929, in Saturn, Texas (Gonzales County) to Dred Woodley Martin and Crystal Minerva Chapel Marsee.  Willie Mae Martin married John W. Tuton in 1948 and was blessed with six beautiful children.

She is preceded in death by her sons, James Martin Tuton and William Wayne Tuton.

She is survived by her children, John W Tuton III, Jeane Annette Mooring, Lynna June Walsh and Shellie Rae Martinez; twelve grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.

Willie Mae was well known in the community and a member of Amazing Grace Baptist Church.

A Visitation will be Thursday, October 28, 2021, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. with a Funeral Service following at 11:00 a.m. at Palmer Mortuary Chapel.  Burial will follow in the Luling City Cemetery.
